Expanded Scotch, Irish & Whiskey selection:

We've been hard-at-work getting ready for the busy summer.

But we haven't left out the higher-end whiskeys (and whiskys)
We now have 3 single-malt scotch whiskys:
  • Glenmorangie (10 year)
  • Laphroaig - Quarter Cask
  • The Macallan 12 year
We have four Irish whiskeys:
  • Bushmills
  • Jameson
  • Tullamore Dew
  • Redbreast (12 year)
We haven't left the American (and Canadian) Whiskeys out either:
  • Knob Creek - 9 year Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey
  • Maker's Mark - Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey
  • Pendleton - Blended Canadian whiskey
  • Buffalo Trace - Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey
Those are our higher-end whiskeys - we have over 15 American & Canadian whiskeys on our back bar.

There's no better place to enjoy a mean than on Bellingham's Waterfront... why not enjoy it with a fine whiskey!

New Rotating Beer: Piper's Scotch Ale

Our new draft beer is Piper's Scotch Ale by American Brewing Company, from Edmonds, Wa.

From American Brewing:
This Scotch Ale is a smooth, malty sweet treat! Visually, it has a beautiful clear coppery red color. You will enjoy the rich mouthfeel of the ale which allows the malty flavors to linger on your tongue. A subtle hint of the Peat Malt and Roasted Barley add some deeper complexities to its flavor. The overall hop characters are very low, which highlights its malty sweetness.
